Privacy & file deletion

Your files

Files you upload are stored in private storage that has no public URLs. Each job runs in its own isolated working directory. Inputs and outputs are deleted automatically 7 days after the job finishes (24 hours for jobs that never ran), or immediately when you press “Delete files now” on the job page. Deleting removes the files from disk; the job record keeps only names, sizes and counts.

We do not train any model on your files, we do not cache document or media contents across customers, and no person looks at your files unless you ask for a failure review and consent to it in that request.

Connected websites

Website tasks (SEO audits, broken links, indexability) fetch your public pages the way a search engine does, respecting robots.txt. We never ask for admin passwords. Connected-site changes, when they ship, run through a scoped connector you can disconnect at any time.

Account data

We store your email, optional name and company, sign-in sessions, credit ledger, payment records (through Razorpay — we never see card numbers) and job metadata. Product analytics events record what you did (task viewed, quote displayed, job completed) — not the contents of your files.

Sub-processors

Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, EU), Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd (payments, India), Resend Inc (transactional email). Processing happens on our own servers; no customer file is sent to a third-party AI API.

Requests

Write to privacy@taskitz.com to export or delete your account. Deletion removes files immediately and account records within 30 days, except invoices we must keep under Indian tax law.
