Refund policy
Credits pay for work performed. Here is exactly when they come back.
Automatic refunds
If a job fails our validation checks, every credit reserved for it is returned to your wallet automatically — no request needed. If a job charges fewer units than quoted (estimates are always settled on actuals), the difference is returned automatically.
What is not refunded
A job that produced a valid result within the limits stated on its task page is complete, even if the result does not match a preference that was not part of the task (for example, “I wanted the crop a bit higher” on a resize job). Re-running with different options costs the credits shown before you confirm.
Reviews
If you believe a completed job is defective, request a review from the job page within 7 days. If we agree, we refund the job’s credits. The founder reads every review request.
Money refunds
Credit packs that are entirely unused can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase on request. Partially used packs are refunded pro rata at our discretion. Razorpay processing times apply (typically 5–7 working days).
